  • Been mystery shopping for awhile now but found this thread and joined a few more.

Just a bit puzzled with GAPbuster. How do you get it to search for my home town? It's not a small town but it's not a city. :(

urgent help needed please. I have my first visit for PIP tomorrow. I had already verified most of the details with PIP as I have to not follow the scenario as I am already a customer. Anyhow the brief notes state there will be a dead address to use at bottom of report. I can get onto the report entry screen and there is not anything on there but the print questionnaire link does not work for me (I am using firefox). can someone point me in the right direction please and explain where the address they are using is? Sorry but I didnt realise the questionnaire would not open for me (it opened on the apply for assignments screen the other day) and I am doing this visit first thing tomorrow.

Have you tried using Internet Explorer instead for this one? I know I sometimes have to switch between the 2 for PIP.
  • Heard back from Gap about taking children on the stamps visits:

"Unfortunately you cannot take another person or child with you when completing UK Post assignments."

So at least I know for certain, even if it's annoying.

On the other hand, my visit today went absolutely fine, so that was a relief. Just recovering now from filling in my pizza place assessment for them - blimey that's a lot of questions!
