Any know how long AmberArch take to get back to you if you are successful?

My darling OH treated me to lunch out and of course I missed the email! Got it when I got home and have applied for 1 job local to me but email says you won't know if you are unsuccesful. Don't wanna book something else in then find I got it a couple of days before!

Amber Arch are a little funny. They like to give one person all the jobs in a town, so if there are others in your town you probably wont get the one you applied for :(

Yeah I saw that on the email but there is only one shop in my town so I'm hopeful!

I just hope I put down the same day as the 6 I applied for with Helion! If I get all 7 in town it will be quite lucrative!

With regards to AA, I got an email straight back offering me all the jobs in Canterbury, so my guess is, as said above, they bulk-allocate it to one shopper

Oh well in that case I've probably not got it if they emailed you straight back. :(
I emailed at 4pm and not heard anything.

I'm so fed up with Amber Arch. Since the allocator changed (it used to be Emma I think, now it's Eve) you have to do EVERY job in an area if there is more than one of them.

Every month I email her and tell her I can do all the jobs in town A and all the jobs in Town B and never get anything. I didn't used to get a huge amount from Emma but I got one every couple of months.

Mind you I don't want any of the April jobs as they're all due while the kids are on school hols and I don't MS when they're about if I can help it!!

You never know - they may not have got round to allocating all jobs yet?

I emailed around 1ish and got a reply just before 4 - applied for 2 towns and got one of them. First time I've been allocated anything by AA so am quite pleased!

Just prepping for tomorrow and trying to think of suitable questions to ask!

When I have had a few jobs in a day they tend to be in driving distance of each other so I fill the form out in the car (out of sight obviously!) but tomorrow I have 7 within walking distance of each other! No chance to go back to car unless I walk past all the shops umpteem times and look like a tourist! Lol!

Just wondering how to remember it all! I think I'll make notes on my phone and just add the answers in as I walk between or maybe have a seat on a bench :o
