I'm afraid some people in life just lack common sense i'm afraid. Nothing that can be done, just laugh at them for being so daft and smil thats not you

How has anyone got on with airside M/S jobs ?, I have been sitting in a Luton Travleodge for the past 2 days after my first EasyJet flight was cancelled and now the second, I am not going to wait any longer, my ski trip was only for 4 days and I am not going all that way for just 1 day on the slopes ( if I even get that) but I had picked up some airside jobs and was quite suprised at the response I got from both M/S companies when I phoned to change the dates, both seemed a bit put out with GR implying I had left it to the last minute before telling them :( and RE expecting me to at least try to do it.

Don't these companies realise the shops are CLOSED anyway  and it is not exactly the m/s ers fault the volcano blew it's top off.

I went to the airport yesterday to get a refund and when I enquired about the airside shops, I was told they were all closed until 2 hours before check in of the first flight out.

Losing the holiday is bad enough, but to get a telling off from the m/s company is really taking the P.
Tell them all to f**k off! They are absolutely rediculous.

At Luton, there were only 2 landside shops open, both foodie ones, a friend of mine works at Stansted landside and there are only foody shops open there as well. I almost picked up one for Stansted for on the way home, I am glad I didn't now. Good Luck.
