Good morning all

I feel rubbish today - I think I ate too much junk/fast food yesterday (2 burger jobs and food in bowling alley) _pale__pale__pale_

Thankfully my two jobs today do not involve food or drink but I do have to fit them in between a training course on alcohol awareness! (for my day job not for personal reasons :rotfl:)

Hi Everyone
I'm having a little trouble submitting a Helion report. Has anyone had this before. I have answered all the questions and done my download of the pic and it saves the report for me but then tells me I have 30 incomplete questions (there are only 10 in the report) and it wont let me send to Helion :eek: Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just about to do my first big supermarket job for TNS, I have to visit two non food departments and there are two requests for receipt numbers (one each section), can I use the same receipt or do I have to make two purchases?

you will need 1 receipt for the main checkouts. 1 different receipt for the Petrol station if the store has 1 and also 1 different receipt for the cafe, again if the store has 1.
The minimum spends are detailed in your brief

Thanks pinkprincess, Uh Oh, now I am confused! My notes say "you will have to make a purchase in another part of the store except Cafe or petrol station". Do I need to go through the checkout twice to get two receipts?_pale_

do we have to do something with our accounts in ESA to see the address use jobs? All I can see are the retail leather ones which were there this morning.

ah i see, youre not doing the food sections ones ! sorry my mistake. i dont think you need to buy anything in the non food depts. just buy an item at the main checkouts.

Sweet tooth I think you are doing the same sort as me - Tech? I have my first one booked of this sort at the weekend. You need to make your enquiry in whichever section and then make a purchase at the main checkouts (can be food) as proof of visit. Not read the notes in details but if there is a minimum amount of time you have to be in the store for at least that long. I misinterpreted this for my first batch of grocery ones and did not get paid for two of them as the time in the petrol stations did not count towards the overall time

Hi Angel, I didn't want to do the visit incorrectly so I rang TNS and they confirmed just one purchase so the same receitpt can be used for both sections. I'm doing tech and phone, I haven't noticed any time specified though.

Just re-took the Helion test and I passed :j (won't mention it took 4 goes to pass of course). I've just applied for my first job with them so fingers crossed.
