Hi,

Can someone tell me cheapest way to contact Max at Helion using a phone. Like to know what sort of phoning methods you guys use.
Having trouble rescheduling an assignment which was now overdue. Send an email yesterday no reply so far. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.:o

Many thanks.
• Gotta love TNS. Just received an email of quick supermarket jobs that need doing today.

There's one near me. I can do it today. But the stupid system won't let me accept it as the due date was yesterday!!

WHY do they send our emails for jobs we can't accept???

They are getting more like RE every day - (1) Don't respond to emails (2) Put jobs on the site you can't accept (3) Release jobs for no reason (4) Pay is getting worse and worse (5) Communication is cr&p - anyone like to add to the list?????

TG have PM'd you. - edit - In the PM I said yesterday, but you might need to do it for 2 days ago if the job was due yesterday.

Use his UK phone number that is on the bottom of emails from him.

I'm afraid you must have missed something when deciding to do Mystery Shopping as a job/hobby/filler-inner. A pre-requisite was for you to be able to "time travel".

Does that even work? I haven't tried in ages because the system only ever let one book dates in the future (ie if you tried to book a job for "today" it wouldn't accept that either).

I've been known to just do the job anyway if I couldn't get a response from email or calling and ring up first thing the next morning to get it added and submit it :)

Emails with URGENT ALLOCATION in the subject seem to get replied to quicker than ones without it though.

I see there are a couple of "egg" shops appeared in my ESA account, both quite far away from me.

Have I missed out on them being released or are these just spurious ones. I have done a few of my local shops but I would have expected to see quite a few others listed as well??

I've never done an egg shop but I can't see any of my local shops. The nearest is about 8 miles away and I know there are loads more in an 8 mile radius.

Where does the time go?

There is only one showing in my area. This is one that has been offered at least 3 times before. It's in the middle of nowhere, and worth nothing by the time you've paid the petrol. I've offered to do it when there was enough around to do a circuit, but others must have go it. No doubt it will sit and be offered at premium when they get desperate.

Hi all, I'm new to money saving expert and the mystery shopping... I have signed up with GAP but failed one of the Orientations (don’t ask me how!) – does anyone know if there is a way to re-do them?
