    I emailed a complaint about the on off on on off situation of Nemo and the fact that up until early today my order still said nemo unavailable even though i had 2 messages saying I could have it and I just received this response

    "Hi, thank you for your email. Unfortunately you should have received an email since to say that your order is no longer available. What happened was the supplier managed to get hold of a limited amount of stock, so re-instated all of the orders. Unfortunately the stock was very limited so they could only give it to certain customers, the ones who ordered first. I am sorry that your order could not be fulfilled.     they really haven't got a clue about stock and order management have they ?! :mad:

    when logging into my account it said that Finding Nemo was going to be shipped on the 11th. Have had two messages from CS after complaining and in both they said that Finding Nemo will be cancelled from my order, but the Incredibles will be shipped. Pointed out to CS in the last message to them that Finding Nemo can still be got from the site (price 17.99 for PS2).

    This is the replies I have got from woolworths. My order says incredibles 'fulfilled' and nemo 'not currently available.

    Hi, thank you for your email. I am sorry bout the trouble you have had with your order. When the offer went out on the internet it was a huge success and we received a very large amountof orders for them. The supplier could not got enough stock to fulfil the orders so cancelled some and set the rest to out of stock. We told the supplier that they could not do this as it was unfair on our customers. They have now agreed to fulfil orders where the quantity for each item is less than 5. You will receive the items as you only ordered 1 of each. They should be sent out to your around August 11th.     Hi, thank you for your email. The order has gone onto back order because the supplier had to remove the items because of too high a demand. As we had a lot of customers wanting the items we contacted the supplier to tell them they had to fulfil the orders. They are willing to fulfil all orders of less than five for each item.     Im confused! My order history also states incredibles: fulfilled and nemo: currently unavailable! I got the email to say that i will receive both on the 11th Aug! I am so annoyed! Do you think I should email them??

    Just looked at my on-line credit card statement and woolies have taken £4 for the two games I ordered (nemo and incredibles). I have had the e-mail to say I'm only getting one).

    SUGGEST YOU ALL CHECK YOUR CARD STATEMENTS ASAP.

    I have currently received 10 emails from woolworths since 1 Aug with regard to this teeny tiny order; and 4 online messages in my account.

    this whole silly mess has cost them a fortune in manpower :rotfl:

    Had the messages saying will be getting both Nemo and Incredibles last week. Checked my account at the weekend, and incredibles is showing as 'processing' and nemo as 'unavailable'. So rang them about the incredibles and was told it was probably on its way to the store and not to worry. Have had no further emails so far indicating I will only get one. And nothing has shown up on my credit card so far (but mine can take a few days to update once something goes through).

    Curious.

    in the post this morning i recieved incredibles but still no nemo but 1 out of 2 aint bad at least its something for the christmas box.
