very happy that they've 'found stock'....my incredibles is showing as ready for dispatch, but nemo is still up as 'unavailable'. I shall be patient though.

BTW...never responded to the security email, except to ask how to provide them with the information without emailing it...still waiting for a reply on that one though

sorry hadn't read the whole tread!!! Woolies bless them do tend to do this. I've orders a few games from in store only for orders to be cancelled. They didn't even let me know! Hope you manage to get your stuff...

I had two emails yesterday, One saying your order is cancelled due to no stock etc... THEN 8 minutes later, a email to check your account.

They are getting more in, Incred ready to be dispatched and Nemo awaiting stock. Delivery 11th August.

The power of MSE?? All I can say is if they honour this then I will stand up and applaud them.
I hope they learnt from this, in respect of the customer service and the security checks that give people false hope and perhaps invest in stock checking system that will prevent any more farces.

Can anyone that seems to be getting theirs tell me when they ordered. My order still shows that I'm not going to get them yet I ordered on 01/08 at 20:06. Did I miss he boat. My son is well upset.

just had a dispatch email for nemo, ordered both on the 1st @ 18:53, incredibles showing as ready for despatch!! Thanks again OP

I ordered the same day this post was put up. I ordered at 19:13 01/08/06.
Did you get and go through the "security check" email? If so then I would email them and see what happens. That I did and I think many of the others on this post did. My son is still upset, but I have not told him about this u-turn just in case.
