    Snoopy, I ordered on 01/08 at 22.16 and my Incredibles now shows as ready for despatch but my Nemo is still saying Not Available even though I've had 2 messages saying I can have Nemo on 11th.

    Have you had any contact from them?

    Thanks for the info miniemma. I have contacted them, but received no reply yet. Received 2 emails off them this morning stating

    PLEASE NOTE: Woolworths would never ask you to send confidential or personal information via email, or direct you to a website other than woolworths.co.uk.

    They already asked for security info which I replied to. I think the whole thing is a shambles. But when someone upsets my son I don't take it lightly so will keep chasing them up.
  • Complaint must have worked. Just received an email to say incredibles has been despatched. Not going to tell my son yet because they still have time to change their minds.

    Hey All, Incredibles now showing as "Order Fulfilled" :) but nemo showing as "Not currently available" Anybody else have this on there account??

    Just recieved my second dispatch email, Incredibles now dispatched aswell!!!!!!

    I've had my dispatch email for the incredibles but when I look on my account it says that I have no active orders even though I got the email promising delivery for both for the 11th.:confused:

    I can't keep up with this on/off/on/maybe ordering process they have.

    I've now had the Incredibles confirmation of despatch but Nemo isn't mentioned at all - I just *know* they are going to charge me four quid anyway.

    This email is to let you know that the following items from your order no. : ###########
    have been dispatched:

    Standard items: QUANTITY PRODUCT DISPATCH DATE
    1 The Incredibles 05-Aug-2006


    However when I go to look at my order now on Woolworths.co.uk, it says no active orders. Looks like I might get my copy of Incredibles, but it looks like they have "ran out of stock" again on Finding Nemo. If I go into order history it's got Finding Nemo as Not Currently Available.

    Anyone else think this bargain £2 game is not worth all this hassle?

    If I hadn't spent all this time chasing my order up and trying to decipher what status my order was at, I could have just went to work and claimed overtime and paid the full price in a shop or bought it online else where!

    Wonder how many more emails I will get today from woolworths to say my orders cancelled, no wait it's back on, oops it's cancelled again, I mean back on... oh no it's cancelled due to stock :mad:
  • Thanks to OP for the heads up on this offer. When I checked this morning the site (Woolworths) had hiked the price back up to its original price.

    However I went into town to pick up my bargain £5 PS2 memory card at PC World and decided to have a look in Woolies.

    WOW :j some great deals instore, so if you can get to a store you can still pick up the deals.

    I ordered 2 incredibles and 2 nemos (for son & step son) I had 3 emails confirming despatch and the status now shows :
    Incredibles - ready for despatch
    Incredibles - fulfilled
    Finding Nemo - fulfilled
    Finding Nemo - fullfilled

    So fingers crossed!!
