The Chinese details won't be of any use as Trading Standards have no enforcement powers against companies based outside of the UK.
If the are contacted, all they will do is to advise you to contact the trader and if that fails, then to contact the relevant trade body in the country concerned.0 -
report to ebay for fake, dangerous items, follow this up with a phone call and point out to them the message offering a refund for removal of the negWins 2015:-

report to ebay for fake, dangerous items,
It would be best to stick to reporting the items for being dangerous.
The goods for sale are generic units and not OEM, and so they are not counterfeit.
It is perfectly legal to sell these in the UK provided that they comply with the required electrical standards.0 -
If you advertise your product for purchase in the UK, to UK consumers, and ship them from a UK address, then you are a UK company trading as such. You therefore have a requirement to supply UK business information under UK Law. They provide false information (chinese) to escape their obligations. I have just been stung by them, they owe me money and are ignoring me. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and the police.0

Ive used them before for laptop parts, and stuff usually arrives on time, the one time it didnt it was a postal problem and i went there to collect another one, and all there items were being collected by royal mail. maybe the time of year?0

Not at all dodgy, a new account to heap praise on a problem seller?
Also, the property registered is a flat....

I too have one of their dangerous chargers, arrieved last week - worked once and got red hot. Turned it off when I touched it and felt the heat, wouldn't switch back on at all and now it rattles! Neg'd them and hey presto, email asking me to remove the neg for a refund.
I would rather leave my neg and its warning and sleep at night tar very much.0 -

a year later they are pulling the same stunt, which is called feedback manipulation. they withheld my refund in return for a positive feedback. my advice is to let ebay know a seller is blackmailing you for the refund money. in my case ebay gave me the refund money. its strictly against eBay's policy and if enough people complain the seller's account will be restricted or banned. my neg feedback also stays, the seller is unfit0
