Hi,
I've recently moved into a new house and want to know the cheapest way to get internet connection. I don't have a phone line at present and am wondering whether it is worth paying to be connected so I can get broadband or whether I would be as well just to get a dongle?...
Any help would be appreciated...

It is likely to be cheaper to get a phone line and home broadband than a mobile broadband contract.
However, if you're a very light user, it might be cheaper to just use a PAYG mobile broadband dongle.
Have you tried checking your availability and comparing the prices? There is a home broadband & phone checker here http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/compare/broadband.asp and also mobile broadband costs compared here http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/compare/mobile-broadband.asp0 -
Thanks dylanuk - will do!0

If you are going to go the landline/ADSL route, you need to say what exchange you are on. Broadband is exchange specific. Check your LLU options on samknows, as these will be the best deals.
