ISA transfer not through

Can someone please tell me what will happen if my transfer of my cash ISA from Barclays to Santander doesnt come through by the end of the month.I have been waiting 7 weeks for this to happen.Santander keep saying that they are waiting for Barclays to release my funds.Santander have opened up a new cash ISA account for me but nothing through from Barclays please help.

Keep badgering and write letters/emails of complaint etc if its taken over 30 days. I recieved £50 from natwest a couple of years ago as compo. even though it did go through in time

Is it fixed rate type of ISA with barclays - perhaps has a maturity date?

7 weeks sounds way too long. I would phone barclays to find out what is going on. If its an issue of cheques being lost, they need to re-issue cheques.

It was a Woolwich ISA until Barclays took over.Santander just keep saying they are waiting for Barclays to answer.Never really said what the hold up was.What will happen if i miss the deadline.

Contact Barclays and see if the funds have been sent to Santander yet.
