Broadband is exchange specific, so it's not possible to give advice without knowing your exchange. Do an exchange search on samknows, and look for your LLU options, these will be the best deals.

Both TT and AOL are owned by CPW.
When you say you 'have Sky', are you referring to TV or telephone services?
What kind of broadband service do your require? No free lunch, and no free laptop

I looked up LLU but it does not list any specific company!
I have full sky hd package but dont have telephone with them, its still with bt.
At mo have unlimited download broadband would prefer to keep it0 -
Are you saying no LLU options? Please can you post your exchange name or full postcode (or a link to the samknows search results)? No free lunch, and no free laptop

Correct, no LLU operators on Glenrothes South I'm afraid. However Virgin Media cable service is available in some areas, you should check on the VM site to see if that is an option for you.
Otherwise, Plusnet Value is probably your cheapest ADSL broadband option at £5.99 for 3 months, then £11.99. Quidco cashback available (£43 at present).
So that's a first year saving of about £61 over AOL. And a much better service.
Sky broadband is not available free on your exchange as it's not LLU, you could only get Sky Connect @ £17pm.No free lunch, and no free laptop
