Car boot is a good idea (if it's a sunny day;))

Just listening to the weather forecast - looks like it'll be a while before its going to be suitable for car booting

Isn't it horrible, don't think it's stopped raining where I am in ages....or certainly feels that way :(

Oh it keeps giving us glimmers of hope down here, like this afternoon - if it wasn't for the bitter wind it would be gorgeous! Actually as I type that, the black clouds have appeared....oh well!

I'm pretty pleased with myself right now, certainly happier than I was this morning! Three reasons:-

    1. I've been offered some filing work (boring I know) for the next week or so at £7.50 an hour :j

    2. I've just been to Tesco with a calculator (:o always do this, get some very strange looks) and spent £19.88 on enough food to feed all three of us and the cat for at least a week and I got washing powder too!! :j

    3. I've listed my 5 items on ebay for today, and I've dug out 5 more :j

    Very happy True :D

I use the calculator on my phone, butI have nipped into my dad's office (he's an accountant) and borrowed his great big desk one when my phone battery has died!

Ok, I've started doing something really dangerous.

    Thinking.

    I really should learn!!

The question surrounds the daydream fund and overpayments to the debts. Now my original idea was that for every £3, £2 would be overpaid and £1 would go into the dream pot - it seemed like a sensible split at the time. However, now I've had the "debt free by 30" idea I feel like I should be throwing everything I've got at the debts to get clear and then start the daydream fund, but I like the idea of doing both at the same time! But I feel a bit guilty about having savings when the level of debt is so huge. I'm kinda doing this = and wishing my brain had an off switch!
