Ooo Choccy whats the news from the estate agent?? Little kitten is called Scampie and belongs to my very butch little brother - never a more unlikely pair lol!!

My wonderful Daddy paid for my tyre to get sorted out bless him!! I introduced a couple of clients to him so he called it my commission :rotfl: must remember to do that every time I need something fixed lol!!

Am only working the lunch shift at work today so I've finally got an evening off :j am planning to run a hot bath, get in it and then stay there. For hours. Until I go all pruney :rotfl: have got War and Peace to read so I think that can come with me :D

Boyzone are on the telly atm - I never did get the point of them....*confuzzled*

    Awww, Scampie is SO cute!!

House - vendors have said that they'll move into rented acc if no luck with current negotiations to complete our sale. Think they're worried we may pull out/start looking elsewhere as they hadn't found anywhere in 3 months. Anyhow 'provisional' suggested completion date for around second week in Aug :j:j:j I am SO excited, obviously anything could happen before then but both me and OH and the people we are buying off are keen to complete the sale - woo hoo :j:j:j Now have 3 mths to get organised, save oodles of money and de-clutter ready for move......yay!!!!

OH home tonight, been away since last Thurs so really excited :D

Bet you can't wait for bath, bliss :) xx

I'm so pleased as should come down about the same if not more (pending overpayments) each month. I would love to be able to overpay and get it down quicker - baby steps tho!

We don't actually need anything to move, we've been living (rented) together for 3 years now so have more or less everything we need. It doesn't (as we saw it) need any immediate work doing. Obviously we'll want to decorate to our own tastes but can be done gradually - I want to do a little bit to the garden - it's all shingle which is fine but i'd like something else, I love gardening so excited about that - it's very small but I would like to get rid of some of the shingle andput in shrubs, perhaps a lawn if I think it would look ok and not too small.....SO SO excited and now feels like it's actually happening :D

Ooooo sooo exciting!!! I'm so pleased for you :D:j:D:j:D there is nothing like owning your own place, knowing that your mortgage payments are working for you, knowing you can put a lawn down if you want and then pull it up again if you feel like it! :D

Thanks lovely :) I now just need to find a balance between clearning debts, saving for move etc -we're pretty much sorted financially in that respect as all costs covered and deposit etc etc but I want to make sure we don't move in and have no money to do anything at all, that would be horrible and no fun :p

The kitchen is going to be done but not just yet, it's okay as it is and livable but we'd like to update it to our style but it's tiny so shouldn't cost too much ;) I think that'll be the main thing. The bedroom, OH has said he's happy for me to make it mine as i've 'always' wanted lovely white furniture, old french antique style (looking) if you know what I mean? However, he's a man so I will find a comprimise as he has to live there too and only fair.

Ooh, i'm getting SO excited and i've just worked out that once we are back from hols it'll be approx 2 mths until we move! WOW! :j
