thinking of moving to plusnet, but i can't seem to find any emails/paper work of my contract etc.
anyone know if i should contact AOL or CPW?
if AOL, i find their website rubbish, so please help me on a contact number

Plusnet publish on their site a list of the contact nos. for rival ISP's, in order that you can contact them to obtain your MAC.
Unlikely you are still in contract after 24 m unless you have changed/upgraded your package.No free lunch, and no free laptop
