Sandy has confirmed that her tumour is malignant and inoperable. She starts chemo tomorrow and is going home on Saturday.

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
Level One
Sweep and mop floor
Level Two
Empty and wash out bins
Clear and wipe table..
Level Three
Clear out the under sink cupboard.. fling what you don't need/use. Replace dishclothes etc if needed.
Tuesday ~ Living room/family room or other reception room!
Level One
and vacuum the floors!
Level Two
Vacuum under furniture you can safely move!
Dust and deweb.. make sure you do light fittings and bulbs! do picture rails and coving too if you possess it!
Clean the sofas.. vacuum under/between/backs cushions.. turn them over for even wear if possible.
Level Three
Wipe over all the fluffy electricals.. don't electrocute yourself please!!
Wipe and water the plants
Wipe grubby paintwork
Compulsory Extra..
I want to see at least 2 things that are fabulous in our life right now!! There has been a lot of unhappiness so now we can all be Pollyannas and be glad about something!!
I am healthy
I have a warm house
I have food in the larder
I have (a little) money in my purse
I am enjoying the freedom retirement brings
Wednesday ~ Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One
Clean floors in these rooms
Level Two
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!! (baby wipes are fantastic for this!!)
Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important).. And your house phone.. they must be just as vile..
Level Three
Wipe down tiles in bathroom
Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!
Compulsory Extra..
Turn on your favourite song and sing REALLY loudly along with it! .. I don't care if you all sound like strangled cats.. I want you to sing for me! I find it really lifts a cloudy mood!

DSD1 who is 18 is doing a course and has been chosen to go to Brussels for 2 days in June on an all expences trip to meet the local dignitaries. Now they've phoned me for permission but i would like to speak to Oh about it before i say yes and i can't get hold of him. They need to know by 1.00. I'm 99% certain he'll say yes but i don't like to just do without asking him.
