    Blimey.

Got through to BG at this time of night. And had an English speaking person. They will be out after 1pm tomorrow. I shall go in early to work and leave early.

Please, everyone, humungous vibes that they fix it.

For all of you oop north, particularly those of you in Toots land, I'm wishing you a safe and warm evening.

Not often you get red on the Met Office site.

    The warning is:

    Stay safe, please

That is a seriously scary map:eek:
Mind you so far we have 'just' had strong wind and rain. Although you probably don't have to go too far to find snow.

A bit of background-last year the tutors let us see some past submissions for the first year to see the sort of thing that was expected from us, this guy then said, I have some stuff you can see from a guy I work with too. His last submission of the first year was along the same idea as the rest of our, but I know he used a lot of this other guys work for his research. I might be being a bit harsh but then today when I asked him about his dissertation topic while not being exactly the same as this other guys is so close that it seems to be more than a coincidence.
Oh well at least I know mine is my own work, especially as this has been a passion of mine for 12 years, I knew before the end of my first degree that I wanted to look into this area.

Sorry for venting but it is just so annoying.
I presume the other guy's dissertation was for a different institution, if not someone is bound to spot it.
Hopefully it will be picked up anyway.

Sounds like you're achieving quite a bit, puts me to shame anyhow. :o I have the kitchen and the landing/hallway that I started last year or was it the year before....gawd knows.
Unfortunately even though I have loads of leave left I can't really take anymore time off...:(...just can't fit it in between stuff.

You forgot to mention the cats and the bunnies in your family?

I take it you've given up on the [STRIKE]you're daft in the head [/STRIKE] barking mad puppy idea?:rotfl:
