Best rate ISA at the moment?

Hi, if I have around £6000 which I want to earn interest from, which are the best ISA accounts to do this with at the moment? I want to be able to take my money out at any time. I know th limit is £3600 per year as I am under 50 but I know if I do it before April then I can still make use of last years limit. RBS wanted me to go with them but the interest rate was only about 1%.
