Write to them, recorded delivery, explaining what has happened, with dates. Say that if it is not sorted within, say, 10 days then you will pursue formal avenues of complaint. See if they budge. If not, go to trading standards and see what they say.

Chemist direct are rubbish. We placed an order in Feb 10, 2 weeks later we got part of our order (after several emails) and we are still waiting for the remaining part.

We have been fobbed off with so many promises and lies:

    We're waiting for stock

It's due in next week (next week comes) there's some due in within the next few days

We're sorry you're cancelling your order, your refund will be processed within a few days.

We are still waiting for a refund/remaining order nearly 2 months later.

Yes just don't use them again.

Or take them to court for breach of contract.

Apart from that and perhaps sending them a letter there is nothing more to be done.
Would this be worthwhile, I am having a similar problem & the info that I am reading on the net is that even if you win your case you could be made to pay the defendants costs & then only receive peanuts in compensation. It is certainly making me think twice even though I feel I would be fully justified.
