Abbey 7% deal to close on 29th

    No the 0/10 was because I was told I had to let them CLOSE the other account (which I didnt want to do) so I was turned down unnecessarily. Also the 0/10 was for abbey turning away an exisiting customer who saves quite a lot of money with them.....if the rate wasnt so good I would close it in protest!

    Edit: when I pointed out the mistake to customer services (via email) Abbey extended the offer to me even though the date had expired. Well done Abbey customer services
