I've just done it, although I think it would be good if you defined 'globalisation'. As a geographer I'm more than aware or what it is and what its effects are, but not everyone will be. There are also numerous definitions of what globalisation actually is.

Might also be an idea to have a 'comment' box, so that people can expand on their answers if they wish to. Many of the questions had a 'it depends' flavour, so a comment box could allow someone to check neutral but then further explain that.

Just a couple of quick comments [from a social sciency person], which I'm sure you're set to address in your dissertation under the 'weaknesses' of your methodology...

Asking people to simply tick one of two boxes in answer to important and broad questions like "Do YOU think the British way of life is changing for the better or for the worse?" might not generate the most useful results. I'd be interested to see what you'd do with those results...

Agreed that a def. of globalisation would be useful. What happens if people state that they are not familiar with that term? Do they answer the next set of questions anyway? How valuable are those results towards your overall findings, if at all?
