    I've not found that Spybot finds all the nasties.
    A better bet is to download Ewido and run it with the PC in safe mode (you hit F8 whilst the PC is booting up.
    If this fails then you may need to run hijack this and post the log on this site for some of the experts (not me) to analyse for you.

    Scan for viruses using Nortons , Ewido and the rest of your arsenall of malware busters (just incase the other two dont get rid of it).

    Boot up in safe mode by tapping F8 at startup and select "Safe Mode" coincedently!
    If it says "keyboard failure", restart again and keep tapping the F8 key again.

    If that dont fix it, post a HijackThis log here using the website Penrhyn posted.
