I don't actually know anybody besides myself who has a video player any more, come to think of it.0

Depending on what postal option you have given your buyer you could send it for £4.10 by using MyHermes, obviously if you have promised 1st class/1st class recorded etc you should honour your word but if you had "Sellers standard rate" or "Other courier" you could maybe save a couple of quid by using an alternative postal method
Your kidding ? Do you know how much these tapes weigh ? Over 5 KG when packed:eek:0 -
Unless it's a rare case where the film/tv show hasn't been released on DVD, than I've found VHSs to be virtually worthless. Even the local charity shops don't want them anymore as they have piles of tapes, even at 5p they can't shift them.
My local charity shop has started putting the videos (10p each) in a basket out on the street. The shop assistant said they are half hoping they get stolen as they just can't shift them!0 -

Other posters are right, you literally cannot give them away now.
Imagine if you had a full set of, say, Beatles albums, but on cassette. They would have cost a fair whack as Beatles tapes were almost never discounted (I didn't have a CD player 'til my mid-teens so used to go tape-shopping a lot) but would be pretty hard to shift now.0 -

I'm convinced that some people believe that ebay is a charity and should let us use their facilities out of the goodness of their little hearts!0 -
