As this is a money saving site I am with BT and pay £26.99 for option 3 broadband (its £2 more as I wont sign a 12 months contract.I have been with them a few years and apart from the cost happy with the speed and reliability.Should I change to talk talk as they are LLU on my exchange and can get their pro broadband for £14.99 a month.
Is it worth the hassle? I have heard some horror stories about talk talk has anyone had a good experiene of them or is it all bad.I could save £12 a month but dont want to be tearing my hair out with even worse customer service?
