Next years ISA

Simple question hopefully, when is the earliest i can open next years ISA?

I have a current 09/10 ISA with IF that I'm paying into

I want to try and grab the Santander one before the offer goes if its possilble.....?

6th April which is the start date of the 2010-2011 tax year.

IIUC that's not possible, the Santander one is effectively only for people who have yet to use their 2009-2010 ISA allowance as it's going to be changed before the new tax year begins.
