cheap method using plumbing fittings and two wooden balls, joined by a bolt.
simple to unscrew and disconnect the trailer.

we need to weigh him really, collies range from 60 to 75lbs, 30kg is 66lbs and he is a bit overweight so i assumed he was at the upper end of that weight range, if i could get the one on ebay for that price i would. the carrier i featured is not exactly the one we have, our was from pets at home but i couldnt find it
