BigChilli Rip Off
Options
Hi - I purchased a ringtone from bigchilli dot com and it never came. Have called several times but there is never anyone available and I have sent numerous emails. I did get through to a holding company who avoided my questions and said she would make sure someone calls me, but that never happened either.
It's only for a few quid so not a financial loss that I am concerned about, but it does seem fishy and I wonder what my options are.
Dodgy!

funny old world.
