Avoid Orange

I tried to join Oranges iPhone package which included home phone and internet and they are a total disaster. They have only just managed to provide one of the three services. I complained and got a curt letter back after 18 working days saying that they would just refund one months bill but no offer to fix the problem so I still have no services!!!!
Have now got phone with Post Office who have been wonderful.
Has anyone else had problems with them?
