Halifax ISA transfer: Did they receive my transfer form?

Hi,

I sent the ISA transfer form to the Halifax transfer team (The Formby Team) in Manchester on 12 March.

I haven´t heard anything from them in terms of "We received your form" and normally wouldn´t worry at all after 2 weeks. However, since 2 other letters I posted at the same time never arrived, I would like to make sure that they received the form. Therefore, please allow me to ask 2 questions:

1/ Do they ever confirm receipt of the transfer request and if so, how quickly after you send out the form?

2/ Do you guys know a number that I could call to check if they´ve received my letter?

When the transfer request is received, it will be scanned into their computer, so you will be able to find out whether it's been received by either contacting 08457 263646 or any branch.
