Linda...I've checked the Parkrun site and can't see anything in Essex. When I type in Essex in the region search, it takes me to a map of Lagos, Nigeria?? Bit far to go for a 5k run methinks

We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

i found a few runs in Manchester which would be doable - but I could easily just do my own if I has even an ounce of motivation! Ok i am setting myself a goal to get out and start next week - I must get out and do the 5k circuit round my area at least twice next week - even if I only walk most of it!0
