Orange dirty tricks and Lies,

Very briefly I have been discussing renewing my families three contract phones with Orange over the last 14 days.They made us an offer and after a bit of negotiation we agreed the deal,I requested they texted me what we agreed and when the text arrived it was completely different.After numerous more calls they again agreed to the offer we accepted initially and texted me the correct deal but advised that one of the phones was out of stock,we were advised they would contact when the phone became available. They called earlier today and requested the money we had agreed for one of the phones,I asked them just to confirm the deal and YES they changed the agreed deal AGAIN EVEN though I had it in writing.I have been on the phone for nearly an hour talking to Numerous idiots who are just a bunch of faceless liars they did not care that i had it in writing and refused to let me speak to a manager because the case was not important enough for the managers to get involved.

I have also had a bad experience with orange

A deal was offered to me one day and when I phoned back the next was told I must be a liar as they would never have offered me what I was asking for

For the record I am not a liar and had also been with them for 14 years

I immediately called T-Mobile who offered me an even better deal which they even had the decency to follow through with (are you listening Orange LOL) and I am very happy
