Building Society ISA with Passbook or Card

I'm looking for an Instant access ISA with a Building Society that I can make withdrawls from using a passbook or a card. I don't want on online account as I already have one and I like to keep some money in a form I can access in person.
Does anybody know of anything better thatn the Chelsea B/S passbook account that pays 1.6%?

All building societies bar none offer an ISA account with a passbook option. The rates, of course, differ quite a bit and will never beat top-payers such as the Santander Flexible ISA.
Two options that you might be interested in are the Nationwide Champion ISA and Yorkshire Building Society's Monthly Reward ISA.0
