Help with mobile phone contract
Options
Hi
I'm not sure wether i am posting this in the right place but here goes, my sister has a mobile phone contract which was re-newed in January of this year on this contract she has 6 phones, for which each person in the family pays for there own, After a recent family argument (long story) she now wants to take 3 of the phones off the contract, where does she stand? Vodaphone are saying to buy them out of the contract (they would have to start a new contract) it would cost her over a £1000 to do so. Is there anything anyone can suggest that might help her out as although the others are still paying there bills there is always that risk.
Moral of the story dont take credit for other people lol
Cheers in advance

Nothing - other than early end to contracts with the usual termination fees (at best with a small discount at vodafone's discretion).
Perhaps sell the mobiles on (if they are of any value) to recoup some of her losses.
As you say, never do something like that in future.0 -
Hi josmidge,
If necessary these contracts can be transferred into the other peoples names.
