Following my claim to Lifestyle Services Group for my mobile phone which was registered the on 10 February 2010.
Every time that I call LSG I get a corporate spiel that they are talking to a 3rd party. When I asked who, I was told this information was not available. When I asked to speak to the claims department, I was told that customers were not allowed to speak to the claims department????? WHY?
I made a complaint to Lloyds TSB and the bank manager in Northwich who called LSG on my behalf was told the same thing.
After two more emails to LSG, I was contacted to say that a new handset would be sent out. When I reminded "Joe" from LSG that I wanted the same handset as the damaged handset, I was transferred to someone else who remained anonymous and said that the claim was still going through and surprise surprise they were still dealing with a third party!!! I then told LSG that it appeared that their MO was to !!!! customers off so that they cancelled the claim! I insisted that my £30 excess was repaid due to the time that LSG were taking. This was agreed by LSG.
Then today I have had a call at my door from 2 police officers' saying that I have to make a statement at the police station in Northwich, as LSG are alleging that my claim is fraudulent. Is this the way that LSG treat their customers and Lloyds TSB allow them to treat a customer
