Is there a reasonably priced mobile that can do the following?

Hi,
I would appreciate some help please. I am looking for a phone that:-
1. I can access and read the forums on MSE with ease and clarity.
2. Gives me easy access to several e-mail accounts.
2. Has an easy to use spreadsheet facility
3. Has an easy to use MP3 music playing facility with comfortable ear piece.
4. Has a timer/stop watch facility
5. Diary/calendar facility
7. Is lightweight and highly portable
8. Is as cheap as possible.
Could anybody tell me what options I have. I have tried looking at different phones/netbooks etc, and being technically illiterate I have been bamboozled.

I couldn't really offer an opinion of it, but the LG InTouch Max (budget Android handset) covers all those bases I believe.0
