Hi you all, I am here nearly everyday and have a diary. I am finding it a little difficult to stay motivated at the moment, mainly because even though my debts are not that high, in comparison to others, I have a lot of expenditure to save for this year. I get really cross with myself sometimes. Anyway I thought I may join in because I need a bit of encouragment and inspiration.

Today, I am at home working on a very large, and important piece of academic work, namely my Doctoral thesis. Which pretty much is my life at the moment and will continue to be so for the forseeable future!

Have got some washing on the line...am away for the weekend visiting family and need to make sure DD and I have all the clothes we need!

Need to but an onion for tonights supper, and maybe I will get something to come home to on Sunday night to save getting a takeaway! A nice pizza perhaps, but I must not buy anything else!

I'll pop in again at lunch...target on academic work until then, lets say 300 words!

Right, need to put head down as am shattered. Oh, and pain in foot? Heel spur apparently, now I know what it is and how to treat it I can hopefully try running again (being overweight makes it worse ergo-must lose weight again!) have flat feet as well which doesnt help...
