Apologies - I can think of no other thread to ask this on.
I have been doing the Lotto for years (Direct Debit £1 every Wed and Sat, same numbers, which were a Lucky Dip).
In all that time I haven't even won £10.
My question is, does the Lotto send an automatic email if I win anything? Even it it's only £10?
(I'd love to win £10!)

They do if you have an account, not sure about direct debit, but I would have thought it was the same0 -
We do the Lotto online each week and they send us an email when we win.
(If that is what your question is?)I used to be indecisive but now I am not sure.0 -
Can you remember the shop you got the "lucky" dip from? I think you may have a good case under the trades description act!!hamblettamaud wrote: »I have been doing the Lotto for years (Direct Debit £1 every Wed and Sat, same numbers, which were a Lucky Dip).

Regarding the emails - are you certain that the one registered on your lottery account is correct? The odds of any win on the lottery are ~ 54:1 against winning so on average you should get about a couple of wins a year.0 -
Thanks, you guys. I did a lucky dip online about four years ago with the same numbers recurring every week. In all that time I don't think I've had even a £10 win. The Lotto do send me the occasional email reminding me about the Eurolotto (which I don't do), so I know they are capable of sending me emails and I've not accidentally antispammed them. I guess I've just been unlucky with my numbers for all these years. Ta ta for now.0
