Cancelling phone contracts

Hey,
A while back I found a link to a site for swapping out of mobile phone contracts - the idea being someone else can swap into it for a short term and you're then contract free.
Absolutely convinced it came recommended from this site, and I've since recommended it to friends but on looking again, I can't find a single mention of the site on the entire MSE domain. I'm not sure whether I'm meant to post the link here but generally: IS there such a service which has ever been recommended from this website? I'm suddenly worried that I'm recommending a service which could have since been removed from the listings here, and that it might be a scam, etc etc.
Any help would be great, thanks.

Some networks will allow a 'customer account transfer' to someone that can pass the credit check, but not all the network do it.
I know Orange will, so it depends on who your contracts with?0 -
Sounds to me like you're talking about Cellswapper.0

Why would anyone want to, now that Simplicity type deals offer more mins and sms messages for half the price of a contract?0
