Both are based in China (I think)
They sell cheap dresses and can recreate pictures of dresses you send to them. Milly send you pictures all the way through making your dress so you can see what it's like and they can change things for you

I got married in the middle one of these the other week - everyone was sceptical about hearing it was purple until they saw it on but the comments on the day were that it was amazing (even had a cake topper me in exactly the same dress down to the roses on it)!
