I tried to buy a laptop with dell last week and for some reason my card was declined. On monday I contact dell and they asked me to put in the order again over the phone and there was no problems with my card payment. I have recived emails from dell to inform me the delivey date for my laptop.
I have checked my emails and have two emails that read

[FONT="][/FONT]We will make another attempt to authorise this transaction tomorrow or the next working day
[FONT="]
[/FONT]
[FONT="]We are unable to process your Dell order (Gb0132-6325-94362)as the payment wasn’t [/FONT][FONT="]authorised[/FONT][FONT="] by your card issuer [/FONT][FONT="]for this purchase.[/FONT]

This a diffent order numbers to the order that has went through.
I have rang my bank and dell have tried to take out 2 payments of 429.00 today but they were declined as there no money in my account. Dell are going to try and take payment out again is there anyway i can stop it my bank has said there is nothing they can do. I get paid in the morning so really worried that dell will take all my money
I have rang dell but their customer service is closed

Of course they have tried to take the payment out, you gave them permission to.
They tried once, it was declined
They tried again, it was declined again.
They will try tomorrow and if there is money in the account they will take it
but they will only take 1 payment, not 2 or 3.
Are you not wanting to buy the computer at all now. If so, just ring them first thing in the morning and cancel the order. Follow it up with an email so that you have a paper trail.
How come you didnt know that there was no money in yur account.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

You didnt say in your first post that yu had paid for it.
You said you tried to buy it and your card was declined.:(make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

When i order the laptop on line may card was declined i have no idea why the money has been in there since I got paid last month, I then spoke to a person from dell on the phone on monday and they took payment down the phone and my card was nott declined i paid for the laptop. After getting off the phone i checked my bank and payment had been taken. leaving my balance a 0.00.
Today dell have for some reson tried to take 2 payment of 429.00 out of my bank today when i have already paid them0 -
Sounds to me that although the person from Dell manually took your payment they forget, or wasn't aware, to cancel the automated payment process. Call them first thing in the morning.0

I will call them my only worry is i'm working 8-12 tomoz and i just hope they don't take the money out in the mean time coz i will be stuffed0
