From reading info on this, it seems that you need a BT line (which we have) but you get phone calls through plusnet, is that correct?
This is just what I'm looking for as we're tied into BT for a line, as we previously used Sky for calls. I'm looking for another broadband/calls provider that does similar to sky and uses the BT line but pay them for calls.
Thanks

No - you have to move your line rental to Plusnet to get their call plans. It says it all on this review http://www.chooseisp.co.uk/broadband-.../plusnet-value.asp
You can still get Plusnet broadband - and for the same price - without moving your line rental though (i.e. you can leave it with BT), just no free e&w calls.0
