Incorrect initials on Egg Card Agreement

I'm fairly new here and have just discovered that I bought PPI alongside a loan from egg back in 2004 which I am now in the process of reclaiming, but to cut a long story short whilst digging back through the archives (aka the garage!) I found the original Egg Card Agreement for my credit card with them (I know I am a sad horder!) and was amazed that it doesn't even state my correct name, even though the name on my credit card itself is correct. The surname on the agreement is right but not my initials as it states Mrs PA not PJ. Wondered if anyone could advise if this may be one of those unenforceable agreements I have noticed here on the forum.

:D, in these circumstances - to help with these ppi reclaims lol.
I am not sure about how these unenforceable agreements work, maybe ut would be best to post about this one on the credit card thread here:
