Where has all my credit gone ?
Options
I am absolutley gutted. I have been given my Dad's phone which is a Nokia. I put my o2 pay as you go sim in and it worked fine. I was driving along and it showed up as one of my Dad's contacts ringing from Spain. I DIDN'T answer. When I arrived to pick my wife up she said she had just been phoning me.
So, she was ringing me on her number but it was showing as a contact of my Dad's still on the phones memory. Then my credit has gone from £8 to 37p
can anyone work that one out ?:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Even if it as someone from Spain calling, it doesn't cost you any money to answer the call while you're in the UK.
Do you have any bolt-ons that you pay for?
The only people who can tell you where it's gone is customer services.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -

Is it a smartphone? Check that it is not constantly connecting to the internet.0

I have been kindly awarded my money back from o2 which is rather a good show. They said I had made an international call. I said I hadn't so they gave it back as a goodwill gesture.
I have always found o2 very good service as well as their broadband.0
