Anybody else got any experience with dialaphone?
I have a Nokia 6230i that has developed a fault within the first year. I tried downloading the service form on their website but my PC said the file was damaged. I have requested a form from them on two occasions. Despite the assurance that the form would be sent within 48 hours, nothing has arrived.
So, I've just phoned them and told the answer machine that if I do not get a response asap I shall cancel the direct debit.
Not impressed at the moment.
