    We viewed a property twice which we liked so have just completed purchase. However, upon entering the flat the owner had removed all fitted furniture and left holes everywhere, removed spot lights - so holes in the ceilings, damage to walls. They even took out the expensive sinks in the bathrooms and replaced them with cheap ones! Can they do this?
