Cheap laptop advice needed

Hi Donnie,
Not quite yet although the tech dept have been really helpful. I had to send the laptop back for a repair and should get it back within 10 days. The machine looked pretty good so would rather have the repair than the refund if that makes sense! Thankfully mother can manage without her laptop as I just cant seem to manage without one!

Repair? I hope they covered all costs. It's just not acceptable to deliver a faulty machine.
If there is any whiff of a fault when it gets back,(ten days is also too long, maybe they don't have any replacements) sent it back for a full refund.

Well they did send a courier to collect it so at least I have not had to pay return postage or anything. I agree 10 days does seem a bit long, think I will chase them up tomorrow and see what they say. Will keep you posted!
