my brothers contract is up for renewal and vodafone are not offering him a worthwhile phone upgrade at the moment his itemised billing is free but i have noticed tmobile charges £1.50 on the flext packages is this normal for other networks to charge for biiling

    i work for orange, they aslo charge £1.50 for itemised billing (statement of account is free) to all new customers and existing customers changing onto new talkplan
