Glitch on kids bed at Very £55.11 for mid sleeper with storage and mattress

Mine just came today, delivery man wouldn't keep it even though I'd been told on phone from Very to refuse delivery!! It doesn't look like drawers just a very big flat piece of bed. Delivery man said the rest might come tomorrow - no chance, lol! Have to ring and arrange collection.

That's how we feel. it's like we are being held to ransom. They offered to order the two other boxes we needed, but obviously, we'd have to pay for them! i to ordered this and they also offered me 10% discoubt on the rest of the bed , what a joke i refused have wrote to the head office and still have not had any reply whatso ever the bed is dtill in my kitchen i have refused to pay my catalogue untill this is sorted ! i have now been waiting about 3 months ! and still no closer to recieving the item and still had no contact from them it is a joke they can get away with this kind of thing
