Glitch on kids bed at Very £55.11 for mid sleeper with storage and mattress

Recieved today and its definately just the drawers and 2 sides,its box one of three only the other 2 arnt showing up.Been on to moan and they said it was a mistake and that its only a replacement if your items are broke or missing.Wish i would of told delivery man to take it back now as its massive and taking up too much space in my living room as its too heavy to take upstairs.Im waiting on a courier call to arrange collection:(

I recieved mine on monday, didn't know about this thread and just thought the bed was in the sale, smashed up my daughters old wardrobe to fit the damn thing in, only to find it is just 1/3 of the bed. I have been on o Very about the whole thing and they are refusing to budge, even blaming us for ordering the wrong item in the first email! We emailed back saying it stated it was a full bed and they admitted it was their fault! I wouldn't mind, but we only ordered the bed, not even the mattress. I'm avoiding Very from now on, we had an issue with a tv we bought from them at the beginning of the year and they washed their hands of us and just told us to call the maker of the tv direct, even though we only had it a day or so. IMO Littlewoods sucks

I was told its a replacement if there are parts missing.I told the man then why would i order that when i obviously dont have the bed to replace the parts with and you cant order spare parts from the catalogue.What bugs me is that i never ordered on line i phoned through and gave a cat number specifically with a mattress and i was even talked into upgrading the mattress.Been well and truly shafted

That's how we feel. it's like we are being held to ransom. They offered to order the two other boxes we needed, but obviously, we'd have to pay for them! Oh and get this, when we told them my daughter had to sleep on the floor surrounded by her clothes, they offered us 10% off our next order.... what a joke
