Anybody spoken to Very yet?
Assume they'll call due to the fact they know the website had issues?0 -

See my post number 32......it may not be a problem on the web site, it could be a loss leader. If it is, and you got it at the cheaper price, then they should let you have it at that price.0 -
I read your post Tim, but as stated in post #29 they have said that there was an issue with the site and alltough my confirmaton states one product, the web site order tracker states a chest of drawers!0

Oh sorry. I didn't realise that.0 -
on my confirmation email it clearly states
"Metro single mid sleeper with Ashley mattress TG58337*"
but online it is what you mentioned
My son has this bed. Each box that it is packaged in, iyswim, has a part no beginning with 'TG', whereas the bed as a whole has a catalogue no beginning with 'TT' IRC. I think it comes in 4 boxes + the mattress. And the 'premium' mattress is anything but. It would be over priced at £25 on it's own, but the bed itself is pretty good - it survives my seven year old son and we didn't put the back on the wardrobe so he has a 'den' in the wasted space at the back."A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

can you take the back off the desk bit or is this essential to keep together?0 -
Spoke to Very advisor and she said you can refuse to accept the item, so if it is drawers and not a bed and mattress just don't accept them then you needn't have to arrange to send them back. HTH0

That's one of the 'chunky' load bearing bits I think so I really wouldn't leave it off, whereas the back of the wardrobe was only 'wobble board' type stuff.
These are technical terms of course!"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper
